Billing and Payments
As a buyer, you agree to the following benefits and Terms: You must provide us and keep us up to date with accurate contact and payment information, including name, shipping address, and credit or debit card number. We save your payment information for ease of future shipments and charges. You are responsible for any fees or charges your issuing bank or credit card provider may charge you. If your payment to us is returned for any reason, we may bill your account again directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement.
The shipping includes registration with limited tracking. The buyer is responsible for paying all tariffs, duties, taxes, VAT and other charges that may occur when importing the box to their home country.
Your box is shipped from us the box or products included cannot be returned. Unclaimed shipments may be returned back to us and can be shipped again to the customer once without extra costs.
Risk of Loss
All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported within 30 days of shipping to qualify for a replacement. Include a photo on the message.
